“I cannot recommend this hotel. We booked our stay three months in advance and paid a non-refundable rate. When we arrived, the staff told us they had no record of our reservation. We showed them our booking confirmation and payment receipt, but they said they didn't know anything about it.
After a long discussion, they only allowed us to stay for two nights instead of the three nights we had booked. They refunded one night, but by then every other hotel in the area was fully booked, so we had……
